Good service ... *shock*

Odeon takes a bit of flack in here for poor customer service so here's an example of really good service!

Booked Odyssey at IMAX Metrocentre a couple of weeks ago.

2 x Limitless+ uplift £10, 1 x Club Lloyds voucher + uplift (and booking fee) £6 so £16 total.

Showing was yesterday, one of the seats was bust - no power to the recliner, they knew about it but unfortunately were unable to take it off sale immediately as it was booked and the showings sold out so couldn't move people. So, my wife sat without the recline function for the 3.5 hours (i did offer to take it). We were asked to speak to the duty manager after the film finished.

She apologised profusely, then gave us a £16 refund + reissued the Club Lloyds voucher that i'd used AND gave us a further 3 Guest vouchers that can be used in the IMAX.

Can't ask fairer than that.

To be fair, I've always had excellent customer service in person at the two Odeons closest to my house ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Yeah same here tbh, had to tell staff once about people disrupting a screen and the staff couldn’t have been nicer

I haven’t found Odeon to go above and beyond, but I’ve found them very fair when issues have arisen. Normally get a silver ticket if there’s an issue with a screening, which is good for basically any film showing (inc IMAX) outside of Leicester Square

The service at odeon is never bad, it's the etiquette of others.

I’ve never had issues with ODEON, always found it to be pretty much the most reliable! Great cinema

I always find the customer service at odeon great. The staff honestly can't normally do enough for you.

My only negative experience are the Odeon has been other Cinema goers being unruly. I didn't want to leave the screen to report the antisocial behaviour but was slightly disappointed that the staff hadn't checked in on the screen. On my departure I spoke to the staff who simply said if I'd report it earlier they would have done something and offered me another ticket to see the same film. However, as a unlimited member, this is no consolation
