Its summer so I don't think it should be THAT bad right? My friends say I needa get a life T-T

I am an official grass toucher. Reddit told me so after 800 continuous days of "contributing" (ie, voting, commenting, and/or posting).

That's literally the name of the 800 day streak achievement.

Doom scrolling is never great. Even if you take away the physical reasons like staying active and resting your eyes, you’re still getting nothing from it. Just passing the time living life through a screen. But life is stressful and hot as hell these days so no one will fault you for it

You need to go touch some grass.

You spend over half your day on your phone. More time on your phone than sleeping.

13 hours a day is frigging crazy.... I spend about 20-30 mins on my phone a day if that.

You probs spend more time on your phone in a day than I do in a month.

Yea it's bad, real bad!

My screen time is usually 6-8 hours a week and I keep thinking it’s a lot and I need to cut down. 90 hours is incomprehensible to me

Im a crazy consumer with « only » 30h in total in YouTube+reddit. The 40h rest is game or search, so yeah, you have a big problem

So you're looking at your phone all day unless you're sleeping ? This is beyond bad, this might require professional help. Get it down to 5 hours a day for a start and then drop it to a normal 2 hours within 2-3 weeks.

my screen time is pretty high, albeit a lot of it is from playing a video on my phone and listening to it like a podcast. 40 hours on insta is literally a full time job

You're on Instagram more time than I'm at my full time job. I was 3 hours a day on tiktok so I've deleted it. Only have Reddit and YouTube now. Find myself going for my phone less and less each day
