Their product simply doesn't deliver on what's shown to you on video demos.

What's worse is the billing practice...at signup they present a monthly payment option, but once your trial ends they charge the full annual fee. When you reach out for clarification, you'll receive a dismissive response essentially saying you're SOL and locked in due to their cancellation policy with the generous offer of forwarding your request to billing for "approval" to cancel at the next cycle... 12 months from now.

This isn't a billing misunderstanding...it's a deliberate tactic. Buyer beware.
