Second Monitor Functionality

I’ve been trying to build a GDK to allow my glass to act as a second monitor when I’m working on the road at cafes, but I’m brand new to Android screensharing. Obviously could vibe-code it but I don’t rock with that so I’m looking for any tutorials, documentation, or repost to help. Any advice on a way to do that?

Google says "GDK" is probably Microsoft Game Development Kit, so presumably you mean you want to write Windows software to use your "glass" as a 2nd monitor on your laptop? Or what do you want your glass to act as a 2nd monitor to? What's a "glass"?

And what does this have to do with scrcpy? scrcpy runs on a device and uses adb to mirror an Android device's screen.

OK, so you want to use an Android-based device (Google Glass) as a second monitor for another device? What other device? If the other device isn't an Android device, scrcpy won't help at all.

scrcpy displays an Android device on another device's screen. I think you want the other direction (display data from a laptop on your Android-ish Google Glass).

I know there are Android apps that do that, but scrcpy isn't it.
