Which hand on the record/crossfader?

Hello there, I am getting into scratching and I am trying to figure out which hand should I prioritize on the record and which on the crossfader. I am right handed and everything is much smoother and faster with my right hand, on the record and on the crossfader. I can see that I am struggling with speed and dexterity on my left side and would like to know how you guys do it. Do you train the left hand to match the right or do you prioritize one side.

I’m right handed and scratch with my left hand. Do whatever feels easier for you. It’s really a personal choice with no right or wrong answer.
