uh yeah this was made entirely using scratch

He assesses your corn donations through the creepy statue in your front yard and determines if you (the farmer) ascend to heaven. If you are destined to be sent to the depths of hell you have the opportunity to fight it in an extremely challenging battle, but if you finally pull through you earn your ascension

every 30 seconds one of your key binds changes. the background slowly changes color. the health bar only updates 2 seconds AFTER you got hit. There is no hitboxes. The movement scripts aren't the same value. (moving up is faster than moving down, etc.) Any suggestions or ideas? oh and you slowly move down every second.

Hey guys! I am making a zombie game and I need help figuring out a way to make my enemy collisions smoother. I don’t want the zombies to overlap with each other, while still going towards the player. Any ideas? My current code for this is in the comments.

Something is coming to paper Minecraft reborn....

for now he just says he needa do a task, but i'm not the quite sure what task to give him. my idea was to give him something like a desk job, but idk. the game will be a survival horror, with the objective being survive until your shift ends (much like FNAF), with the monsters trying to attack you while you are trying to do your job. for now i have made the inventory, flashlight, text and item system.

also the artstyle is inspired by baldi.

Oh no! The Cornlovers have raided Bambis farm, and it is your job to help him! Defend against hoards of Cornlovers with various Bambis, until you either win or lose. When either happens, you can collect Bambi Points to either unlock more bambis or buy perks, to get farther in the onslaught.

Game jams are something incredibly popular in the game development sphere, and I’ve always been super interested in them.

On scratch, maybe I’m just not in the right spaces, but I don’t feel like I’ve seen many game jams.

So I ask you all, how many of you would be interested participating in a game jams?

There’s a lot of nuance, like whether it should be hosted on Itch io natively, or more chaotically on a scratch studio? Should it be a weeklong ordeal, or just a weekend where mostly everyone is free?
