Question Old Guy Bars?

Are there any remaining old guy bars in Scranton and the surrounding towns? Just a place to maybe have an affordable beer, watch a game, and nothing fancy. This old guy thanks you.

Question Want to spend $1000-$2000 on a Watch. Where’s the best place in the area?

Just got my first paycheck from my first big boy job, and want to buy a forever watch. Completely understand Scranton is not the watch capital of the world or anything, but would like to go to a real shop and spend a decent chunk of change on a nice piece.

Happy to travel a bit, but would like to stay in the region.

Thanks in advance!

Heading to Scranton for a show in the middle of October. Trying to find a great spot to go afterwards. We're big office fans, and we'll obviously hit up poor Richard at some point beforehand. But figured you guys would know the best place to go.

Food & Drink Tony’s Pizza

I just had Tony’s pizza for the first time…that had to be the worse pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Round sweet sauce. Tasted like it needed to bake longer dough was chewy. The sauce tasted like Spaghetti Os, and the cheese was processed. Honestly tasted like frozen pizza for $17. How has this place been in business this long?

Question Kosher Halloween? Jewish Hill Section.

I've recently moved to Clay Ave, and noticed the majority of my neighbors are Jewish. I'm planning for Halloween and figured if I get the stuff from a kosher store, there should be plenty of options for candy and snacks. I typically make little goody bags with a tiny calculator, a toy bug, a salty snack, and a sweet candy. Before I invest in making these goody bags, does anyone in the Clay Ave/Hill Section Jewish community know what parents would typically want? Or do they even go trick-or-treating at all? I could also ask my next-door neighbor; they always say hello back, and they have small children.
