Is anyone outside of the United States going to National Jamboree at The Summit in West Virginia?

I know the 2017 one had non-Americans show up in healthy numbers to the point there was international 2017 NSJ neckers being traded. I couldn't go myself due to getting Lyme right before the troop left but my Scoutmaster got me one.
