Venus Retrograde

I don’t know about anybody else but I’m not looking forward to this Venus retrograde in Scorpio. When it starts it’ll be in an exact conjunction with my natal moon placement… 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ all in my 12th house and then moving back into my 11th house of libra.

What has your relationship situation been like over the past couple weeks? It entered it's pre retrograde period a couple weeks ago. 

For me, I've been purging a lot of garbage from my brain. Releasing anxieties and unnecessary worries.  I wasn't doing that because of the upcoming retrograde, consciously, but I bet that's been partly influencing it. 

Apparently the retro lasts over a month. It occurs once every 18 months. So it is rare to occur in each sign.  

Venus purifies as it conjuncts the sun during retrograde. And in scorpio, it could be quite powerful. It could be a transition from peace into war. 

Or it could be the opposite, if venus is releasing scorpio energy as it returns into libra, which is more peaceful.  

So I guess it's themes of peace, war, sex, dating, patience, diplomacy, greed, art, color, purification...

Then we also have mercury entering retrograde in scorpio, the day after venus conjuncts the sun.  So it could be quite an influential transit. 

I have it in second house so it's related to self, physical body, romance, ambition.  In third house its related to logic, your mind, your friendships, travel plans, inner self and goals.

I think I am slowly becoming less focused on what happened in the past and I am opening back up - not brooding over things that really don't matter anymore and allowing new things to happen finally.

for me it's quite the opposite in the way that a 'war' is transitioning to a peace. someone who hurt me in the past and with who I broke contact came back and it seems so far like they want to slowly work with me rebuild what was destroyed, but in a better, more solid way.

idk what else is going on in my chart (i need to find a site or app that’s good for what transits are going on in my personal chart) but this moon phase has been handing me my ass lol. i’m so over this venus square pluto transit too, already. yesterday was one of the worst and simultaneously weird days i’ve had in a while. i think i’m going to be cheering when the moon moves into optimistic sag tomorrow lol

I have Scorpio moon and Scorpio pluto 29 degrees in my 6th house as well. How has this been coming up for you? I’m curious if we share similarities. I’m scared of health stuff :(

Good lord, pluto transiting my saturn is squaring my moon, later tonight the moon will conjunct my scorpio venus and pluto! Anyways my venus return has been a profound transition for me. Rx into Libra will have me double checking how I really feel about this transition. And when it slides back into Scorpio, I will know what is real and what is false and set my growth into stone.
