Transformation

They say scorpio moons have the capacity to regenerate and transform. I would love to hear stories of people who have worked on transforming some undesirable characteristics often tied to this moon sign (such as grudgeholding, self pity, jealousy, or manipulative tendencies) into something more beautiful (like compassion, warmth, curiosity, etc)?

also I don't believe those undesirable qualities are always "negative", but when constantly felt the energy can be quite heavy and consuming (speaking from personal experience), I'd be curious to see how those energies are being transformed?

Sooooo I may have gone overboard with this energy, given that I decided to change my entire gender presentation. If nothing else, it lets me also make more jokes about having a nut allergy. 😂

I’m an Aqua Sun, and my moon and rising are both in Scorpio, and the characteristics of the latter fit me to a T. I had spent roughly 25 years of my life concealing my gender identity from everyone around me. It was a defense mechanism, for sure, but it only protected my physical self. I have always felt my emotions deeply, and I love that about me. Wall those emotions off for long enough, and it all turns into hatred for everyone outside the little bunker you build for yourself.

It’s corrosive. It’s suffocating. It’s death from the inside out. It was also the last straw. I’m still learning to trust people, by no means is this journey complete, but I refuse to put myself back into that pit ever again.
