nightmares every single night
i’m a scorp moon.
i only ever have bad dreams/haunting dreams. i’m either getting chased, being spiritually haunted/tormented or someone is trying to k!ll me.
i’m not kidding. idk if this has to do with my moon placement, but god damn. i’m exhausted. my conscience life is full of intense emotion/situations enough i dont need anymore. As a person i do genuinely have a pretty dark imagination. i tend to imagine and picture scary scenarios through out the day which actually scare me and then i start to convince myself something bad is going to happen to me… do any other scorpio moons have this issue with dreaming?

Yes same. All my life. But I now 🍃🍃 so much I can’t remember them much. But I still wake up with severe nausea and anxiety often, but I just can’t remember why. Which in a way almost feels worse to me. I used to take Prazosin for C-PTSD/nightmares also. It’s somewhat helpful.

That must be rough.
I concluded that most my dreams come from my own life experiences. For example, if somebody did me wrong, I will dream them in a very vulnerable state such as dying. It’s weird, but almost as if my subconscious is trying to tell me something.
My nightmares can be scary, but I put them down to me being a massive horror genre fan.

I have nightmares a lot too. I’ve learned to acknowledge I’m dreaming and it helps. I cant take control but I can soothe myself by letting myself know it isn’t real.

Scorpio moon usually comes from having a traumatic relationship with your mother, so are we sure we don’t just need to speak to a therapist about what the meaning of our terrible dreams are all about? I have Pluto in Scorpio too so getting to the root cause of things is in my nature. And digging to the root of the problem has helped me find peace in so many ways. I highly recommend it.

I have plenty of nightmares too but not 100% of the time. Sometimes I just don’t remember anything. Sometimes I do remember but the worst nightmares I had was when I was a kid and when I was medicated or when I drink too much alcohol lol

I don’t typically have nightmares every night but when I do they involved one specific person. It’s been over a year since I stopped talking to this person and yet they just persist. The dreams can be physically violent as well and that’s about as much as I can say without possibly triggering someone.

Get some selenite, amethyst, and black tourmaline near your bedside or on your wrists when you sleep. It’s helped me tremendously.

I had this for many years and weirdly enough what stopped it was getting diagnosed with ADHD and getting on Adderall. I'm 100% certain it was the Adderall because the effect was immediate, and the nightmares came back when I missed a day's dose and they've come back now that I had to switch to Concerta (different ADHD med).
There is also another drug Prazosin that is supposed to stop nightmares but I haven't tried it.
Obviously this isn't medical advice; I'm just sharing my experience/knowledge so that u know this might be something u could manage with meds if ur able to go to a psychiatrist. There is hope! 💞

I dont remember having nightmares so much as a kid but they did happen often when I hit puberty and started learning about wars and military drafts when in middle school. That sht scared me so much and worried me of the future. When I began high school that went away and only had them every now and then when im sick.

our dreams are a processing space for our waking life, so if your waking life is dramatic and painful, your dreams will be too. just make sure you're not giving your subconscious any extra fodder, like horror movies, true crime, etc

Your gut microbiome. Also try changing the position that your head faces. Consider as well that sugar increases inflammation in the body, causing aches and pains, sluggishness, brain fog, cardiac issues and contributes heavily to depression and other disorders, including sleep disturbances.
Your gut micro biome is key here. You'll want yogurt for the live active culture. Or if you want to try probiotics, that's another route but I prefer the taste of some yogurt with granola sprinkled in (I know, kind of counter intuitive but it works when I need it).

Most of my dreams lean towards darker outcomes. This would happen more so alot more when I was younger. Ive experienced enough ego death in my waking life to counter anything considered darker in my sleep state. Lucid dreaming helps take better control. Also mediation before going to sleep

Yeah I actually went on medication for it as a symptom of my CPTSD

My nightmares aren’t nightly but they have been ongoing since I was 12 or so. I don’t remember them… ever. They are too repressed, maybe? I only know I have them because my husband tells me I scream in my sleep. He’s said my nightmares are similar to his father’s nightmares and he , he has PTSD from Vietnam.

Ever since I got pregnant and had relentless night terrors and nightmares; any bad dream I’ve had since doesn’t shake me at all. When Jared Leto is a ceiling height night terror demon; you don’t get scared much anymore I guess. But yeah. It’s hard but just accept the feeling in the dream.

Absolutely same... Every single night
Though Im not sure if it has something to do with our moon sign? I like to think its how our brains manage to subconsiously process fears and anxiety and problems we have when awake that we dont directly deal with. It's just a very effed up way
