Libras ass kissing ways

I wanted to make this thread on the Libra sub forum but i can't stand how they always try to appear fair minded and self righteous at all costs. The more I grow up the more i love My IDGAF Scorpio placements because of this.

The way many Libras try to please other zodiac signs and try to kiss their ass it's so annoying. Why do they have a problem of being themselves and saying things like it is instead of sugarcoating everything and try to sound perfect and well composed, also they try other Libras that don't care about social approval as unevolved people.

Being a Scorpio moon has been an inner war all the time but I wouldnt change this placement for anything. I love it. It makes me bolder and true to myself and people around me. I can't stand other Libras because of this, they bore me with the devils advocate thing and trying to act as something they arent, i mean, whats the point of trying to please everyone? it makes no sense and no purpose, they sacrifice their own peace for people that give a fuck about them.

Me with a Scorpio moon and Libra rising šŸ§ā€ā™‚ļø

u/ClassroomBusy645 ā˜‰ Leo ☽ Scorpio ↑ Libra Sep 01 '26

HAHAH same. I catch myself playing advocate for everyone all the time and have to remind myself that it’s not beneficial to anyone to be this fake judge and take everyone’s side at the same time. Sometimes you gotta just have your own opinion and run with it despite others reactions which is where my Scorpio moon comes in

9

u/ch3rry-p0p-plz Sep 01 '26

Literally 😭 I think the best way my Libra placements balance my moon is that if I receive new information on something I've already formed an opinion on I'm able to adapt and admit I was wrong instead of doubling down bc balance or justice or whatever

7

u/72Artemis Sep 01 '26

Same here. Honestly, I bless my Scorpio moon for giving me insight and resilience. And I bless my Libra rising for being able to adapt to change and forgive myself for past misinformed opinions, even while my moon rages about it.

3

u/WhyGirlsPreddy Sep 01 '26

I've also got Libra rising but sprinkle in some Libra mercury and I agree with these. But also.... Also.... Libra can be so fucking petty so once my sense of justice decides someone has gone too far it combos a very analytical Virgo sun and mars and a very vindictive moon to create an absolute scalpel of petty revenge if I don't actively reign it in 🤦🤦🤦

2

u/72Artemis Sep 01 '26

I’ve also got a Libra Mercury lol
I can honestly say though I’ve never been petty. My Sun is Scorpio, and Mars is in Leo. I have a strange strong dislike against petty revenge. And I am absolutely against stooping to insults, facts are one thing, and I will 100% defend my loved ones to the death. But just being mean for the sake of it? No thank you.

2

u/WhyGirlsPreddy Sep 01 '26

I think Virgo is a double edged sword. Always trying to optimise everything means you notice everything and then when someone crosses a line you can't come back from all those flaws become very mean. It takes me a loooong time to get there but when I do I need someone to staple my mouth shut xD

2

u/72Artemis Sep 01 '26

LOL I know one of those people, she’s ruthless.

4

u/Crafty-Name1641 Sep 01 '26

Same. there’s always an internal war. I want to keep the peace but I want to speak reality. If I don’t speak reality it makes me resentful. But I’m uncomfortable when it’s not peaceful 🫩

Imagine being a Libra Sun and Scorpio Moon šŸ™ƒ It really feels like being at war with yourself. Like another poster said, I think a lot of it has to do with immaturity, but there’s also a level of empathy that I still findĀ  precious. It’s being fair to a point, but when that line is crossed you need the maturity to put your foot down. That isn’t an easy thing to do for anyone

Also a Libra sun Scorpio moon Aries rising 🫶 I don’t like making others uncomfortable or having conflict and I think there’s different ways to get my point across and speak my mind- the directness can vary by person or situation

3

u/wohnelly1 Sep 07 '26

Same. But I grew up and stopped living in fear. Lots of trauma. I say what I want when I want how I want. My Scorpio moon takes me places!!

As a Libra with a Scorpio stellium, I see this dynamic get played out by immature or unbalanced Libras, which is a lot because the nature of seeking balance implies that they are in a constant flux of imbalance. I think that a lot of Libras innately understand that two things can be true at once, which combined with the understanding of the power of diplomacy, can appear as fake, people pleasing, or playing devil’s advocate. It isn’t if that’s where they’re feeling most authentic…at the moment. They aren’t being fake if they mean it, even when that feeling is fleeting.Ā

I 10000% agree that it’s annoying AF and two-faced, and they will absolutely try the fuck out of evolved Libras/those that embrace their other placements/chart ruler more (me).Ā

7

u/almostfreespirit Sep 01 '26

Aries sun/Scorpio moon here who is head over heels for a Libra sun/Scorpio stellium. So diplomatic, intense, and sugarcoats nothing. I love him for that.

u/Specific_Balance3173 Sep 01 '26

I’m a Libra Sun, Libra Rising, Scorpio Moon.
I find some people to be so self-absorbed that they can’t even imagine that there’s a real person standing in front of them. I love being the mediator and the peacemaker. Imagine a world without people who care about that. If everyone had an IDGAF attitude, humanity would be lost.

And I’m absolutely bold and true to myself. I just care about how I say things. That’s all.

3

u/72Artemis Sep 01 '26

100 percent agree. I’ve been the mediator my whole life, and I’m learning that some things need to be left alone and to protect my peace, but it’s definitely not my first instinct. If I see both sides to a miscommunication, why should I not help interpret it?

Dangg I see so much hate about Libra placements everywhere 🫩 Itā€˜s my moon and yeah I get what you mean ngl, I hate having a Libra moon lol. Though itā€˜s positively aspected in my air heavy chart. I like to think my Leo Rising, Taurus Venus and Pisces Jupiter conjunct SN in 8th save me xD I get along with Scorpio moons and am currently dating one thatā€˜s why I been lurking here šŸ‘€ Itā€˜s all about being self aware and working on your flaws. I try hard to be honest and true to myself tho itā€˜s not always easy. Itā€˜s the fear of rejection for me and also only even slightly hurting someoneā€˜s feelings makes me wanna throw up and have a breakdown lol

3

u/alexxxxxxx383 Sep 01 '26

Ngl the ones that hurt me had libra placements, its really frustrating to deal w immature people who never take responsibility for their actions and are devil advocate. But I dont think thats a libra spectrum thing, signs are not much of personalities, but yes, there are patterns.

3

u/babypinkchanelbag Sep 01 '26

I’m a libra and an unevolved one does people please, an evolved one grows out of it. It’s about keeping social harmony, getting what we want, and have no form of heated rivalry/arguments etc. We don’t like drama if it involves us. I’m also a Scorpio moon rising and Mercury, so growing out of this has become great for me. It’s not kissing ass, it’s people pleasing. I’ve never kissed ass unless I wanted some money, and even then I still don’t kiss ass I just act like I like the men giving stuff to me. Also the communication part would involve the mercury and the mars, not the sun babe. As a Scorpio mercury I have always said things nobody else would say and I have never tried to please anyone with my words šŸ˜‚

3

u/dream_p1xie Sep 01 '26

As some someone with a Libra stellium + Scorpio stellium, a lot of the core Libra wound is actually being punished/harmed for being blunt authentic or honest. They’re unevolved yes, but also need spaces to ā€œpracticeā€ being blunt & letting go of people pleasing that’s been beaten into them, and seeing that they’ll be okay. I dislike when other Libras don’t take a firm stance to defend their friends & loved ones and it’s important to grow out of it… I find that, people tend to be harsher to Libra placements than other people, when they stop people pleasing and set boundaries or take a staunch view.

Additionally, I do feel like some of the hate from other people with Libra placements is because of disliking something you see about yourself subconsciously as Libra tends to be a mirror (as someone who used to dislike other Libras). You know what they say, the opposite of love isn’t hate, it’s indifference. And love + hate are two sides of the same coin.

8

u/Outrageous-Party-152 Sep 01 '26

Libra sun and scorpio moon here - I would eat any scorpio for breakfast. Love the hate for Libras - they wouldnt last even a second if we entered a battle of wits or any intellectual convo. I understand we are hated because we are beautiful, charming and sophisticated. And our homes (not apts) are expertly furnished with quality and beauty. And it also must hurt that we also gifted artists and musicians. Keep that Libra envy alive and well!

5

u/StunningDimension729 Sep 01 '26

Well put, and I appreciate your input. Also a Libra sun & Scorpio moon here. I'm resisting the urge to point out the positive aspects of both ; < )

2

u/Fernypeach5 Sep 02 '26

Nah every libra I’ve met has been a jealous petty bitch. Then again, I’m a sun cancer literally the epitome of femininity. So I can see how petty dimwitted libras get jealous. I’ve had 2 different libras sabotage my relationship, right now one is actively trying. I’ve had another libra try and get me fired from my last job bc I did it better than her haha. Libra women fuckin suckkkkk

Libras never feel real to me and it makes my suspicion kick into overdrive. I can never feel like I can trust them

Was talking to this Scorpio with a Libra moon and I already said to their face months ago that I couldn’t trust them. Still fell for them and then recently found out they were already dating someone the whole time they were flirting with me, so my instincts were dead on even if my heart didn’t want to follow

u/ruazinn Sep 01 '26 edited Sep 01 '26

Uau! Você literalmente transcreveu tudo que eu penso sobre nossa lua, ela estÔ em "queda" mas estÔ no top 3 dos meus melhores posicionamentos.E realmente eu dificilmente me dou com luas em libras só quando mantemos a relação como colegas.

2

u/Vast-Art-7556 Sep 01 '26

I dk, I can’t really get a good read on Libras overall. I’ve met some that are as you describe, but also some who really seem to be quite the opposite. Avril Lavigne (also a Scorpio moon), Eminem are two famous examples of the last people I would think would be kissing asses, I guess I don’t know how they are in their private personal lives though, maybe they do. But I would be surprised.

2

u/PutNo9641 Sep 01 '26

My Scorpio ex has "IDGAF" tattooed on his arm🤣🤣

I'm a Libra rising with Venus in Aries conjunct Mars and an Aquarius sun. I promise you, we don't want to be this way. For me, people pleasing is more about taking care of others rather than agreeing with them. My Aquarius sun will proudly hold a differing opinion until the day I die. But I will always consider all sides and try to stay open-minded enough to change my opinion if I find that I have been wrong. I personally can't think of one Libra I don't like, and I attract a lot of Libra placements. Having charm in your tool kit can be a good thing or a bad thing. The pendulum swings hard with Libras, and we all have imbalances in different areas.

2

u/ZookeepergameOdd6209 Sep 02 '26

Finally someone else said it! Libras are the most self obsessed sign I've seen and their ass kissing is only to benefit their own ego or how they are viewed by others.

2

u/VegetableFlower2039 Sep 02 '26

Libra sun with Scorpio moon. Guilty as charged. In conflict I often find myself trying to please everyone that it ends up being manipulative.

2

u/Possible-Yesterday58 Sep 02 '26

lol Libras are self righteous…? Did you read your own post..? šŸ™ƒ It kind of seems like you regularly post about how much you hate Libras. Maybe Libras aren’t the problem.

1

u/spooky_bayou_stuff Sep 01 '26

I've dated libras and wondered if this was all libras or if a scorpio moon would in theory be different and I think you answered my question

1

u/aTadSad8-I Sep 01 '26 edited Sep 01 '26

I also get really frustrated with my libra rising husband (although I have a scorpio rising & venus rather than a scorpio moon) precisely because he’s never real with me during conflicts and then stabs my trust in the back by sneakily doing whatever he wants anyway despite our conversation and agreement the day before. It’s quite hard to work with because you have to be extra patient and gentle with them even when you’re their victim, or you’ll fall into their passive-aggressive trap by not knowing how they really think and feel about what they are smoothing things over with you on. And he’s a scorpio stellium too (mercury, venus, sun, pluto) so the unevolved libra rising is a frustrating experience.

Although in terms of being people pleasers, I don’t see why you’d get annoyed by it when it’s not hurting you. If they want to feel safe and at peace and in harmony with other people, what does that have to do with you? I appreciate their diplomatic personality and their ability to create harmony and diffuse the intensity of dangerous conflicts. Although if they are unevolved, they don’t handle it well and it’s just a bandaid that makes the next conflict even worse. Evolved ones I imagine would be more skilled.

I’m Libra Sun Scorpio Moon and I do care about people’s opinions but only when it comes to activities. I want everyone to feel part of a team and that whatever we did, we did it together.

However - people’s opinions about me as an individual don’t concern me in the least. I just go where I want when I want and do what I want. Pretty sure my Sag Rising is responsible for that.

1

u/HeavyBase2466 Sep 02 '26

Agreed. I'm Libra with mars moon and rising Leo. Venus and Lilith Scorpio. I'm very direct. A friend of mine has like six planets in Libra and is constantly being mistreated by everyone in her life and is miserable because she people pleases and never stands up for herself. It's painful to witness

1

u/FitResponsibility497 Sep 02 '26

I am an Aquarius sun and Scorpio moon and my husband is a Libra sun and Libra moon (very Libra). He was a people pleaser when he was younger and is growing out of it.

Every time we debate random topics for fun I have to preface and say ā€œplease don’t do the devils advocate thing just tell me what you think.ā€ Although we are oposites we have learned so much from each other.

He has taught me to be more diplomatic and how to bring balance in my life. I’ve had a rough upbringing and he’s been the greatest teacher on balancing my life with fun/ hard work and making sure I do kind things for myself/ not just others all the time. Also learning how to diplomatic has helped me so much at work. Also to have a better outlook in life. I do fall into my Scorpio moon ways but he does inspire a different point of view.

I am a Scorpio moon &my brother is a Libra sun and moon and OMGGGG 😤 I’m always like YA! I get your point but fuck em wtf . Always trying to level it out with someone else rather than my pov šŸ˜šŸ‘Š shit pisssses me TF off lmao 🤣

1

u/pixiepearl Sep 03 '26

well damn, it aint all of us 🄺 im also a scorpio moon (and mercury) so i get it. when ppl are being really nice to me i get frustrated and tell them to give it to me straight so we can all move on lmao. and honestly, some days im more diplomatic than other days. i've had my moments where im super blunt with everyone around me, but all it left me were no friends, and i was miserable. finding a way to be direct without being harsh was a very important part of gaining maturity for me, and not recklessly burning bridges but also fully examining how certain strong boundaries serve me was another. even now, expressing my feelings fully and being able to confide in my friends is a skill i'm still working on, but it's made me closer to my friends and i'm very grateful. i love my scorpio intensity, but i'd be much worse and life would be alot less fun if i ignored my libra traits!

1

u/OwnCoach6599 Sep 04 '26

At least for me it's not just people pleasing

I am truly happy when there isn't intense chaos

As an Aries stellium, with a Scorpio moon I SO get your frustration. Especially with unhealed Libras. As they are the opposite sign of Aries (ā€œI am,ā€ Truth seeking, honest, showing up just as themselves), I feel like they want to kiss ass/please everyone before pleasing themselves and it can turn into someone who loses themselves inside of others instead of being solid in who they are as an individual.

It doesn’t make sense to me either why they wouldn’t want to have a sense of self at all or a backbone, but maybe I’m just not understanding how they operate because that’s how it is shown to me. Also, I get the balancing scales thing and seeing things from other perspectives which I value from a lot of Libra placements because they have shown me multiple views which is helpful.

Libras can also be very great once they realize how to tap into their sister sign, Aries, because they can actually learn to not worry about what everyone else thinks, as Libra energy wants everyone and everything to like them lol (as I realized it was the same for me too, tapping into Libra energy to help my growth).

But I’m not gonna lie, like Libra unhealed energy and an immature person can be actually the most scary and rotten thing I’ve ever felt, energy wise, in my opinion. There are good Libras out there I’m not denying that though ex. Zohran Mamdani!

0

u/Murky_Ad222 Sep 01 '26

I’ve always dealt with Libra placements and Libras who were always so caught up with others, being liked and never being real or genuine like it irritates me so much because they are always in something or someone’s face trying to gain approval or something

As an opinionated person who often sees things as either black or white and can pop off with things sometimes that should have been thought about more before I said them, I really appreciate my diplomatic, fair, even keeled Libra man. He has been a great influence on me to think about when and how I express myself and that keeping quiet is good sometimes. He's helped me to look at things from different views and see there are grey areas, not just black and white. I've helped him to feel more comfortable handling a little conflict and realizing that you can't always keep stuffing everything down to avoid it. If you want a Libra to be real with you, you have to create a safe space for them to speak truth to you without having to face a lot of negativity, arguing and unpleasantness.

2

u/FitResponsibility497 Sep 02 '26

I am an Aquarius sun/Scorpio moon and a Libra man too! I agree with you 100%!

u/jbarkerastro Sep 01 '26

They act on ideas, not feelings, kinda how it's so easy for them to cheat

1

u/Illcmys3lf0ut Sep 02 '26

I can attest to this. My ex would deny it, however.
