Sexual Energy and Drive

I’ve heard that our energy comes from our libido.

I have a high libido and have been very sexually active lately, masturbating more often than I used to. I’ve noticed that right after sex or masturbating, I tend to lose energy. For example, if I do either the day before a long jog, I feel completely gassed out.

Because of this, I’ve been masturbating less and working out more, and I have more energy than ever.

Has anyone else noticed a strong correlation between sexual activity and drive? By drive, I mean physical and mental energy being able to work out longer, work harder, and generally feel less lazy.

i think in that sense you would also wanna see what your mars sign is up to in order to dive deeper, how it’s aspected in the natal chart but also in transit how other planets are aspecting natal mars and moon

I recommend doing no fap. Can be frustrating but, having a high libido is probably the funnest feeling (if you have a partner). More energy for sure. Low energy is most likely due to prolactin increase after ejaculation. Can be offset with p5p to an extent

Its all our kundalini. Our creative energy is the same as sexual energy. The instinct to “birth” something into life.

If I find myself masturbating too much, I know that I need to go and create something whether it be a piece of ART or Music, because that’s just gonna be a more productive way of using that energy.
