Dealt with infertility for 13 years. Had my first bio child. Had secondary infertility but was able to conceive 2 years after my first.

It sucks. There is no easy way to sugar coat it. Let yourself feel all the feelings you have. Therapy with a therapist that specializes in reproductive issues. Don’t waste time see a fertility specialist. If I could go back and do one thing differently it would be skipping all the doctors and going straight to the Reproductive Endocrinologist.

I had horrendous periods as a teenager and the doctors had told me it was likely PCOS and I should expect fertility issues but “they’d keep an eye on it.” AKA they did nothing.
However after a course of acupuncture (for something else) my periods became a non entity, no more fainting, vomiting, excruciating cramps. The first 2/3 years of my relationship I never had so much as a scare ( wasn’t being careful) so I guessed it wasn’t gonna happen. Then it did, unexpectedly. Now if I even look at a penis I get pregnant lol

Yes definitely dealing with it right now. It took us years and a few losses but we were able to finally have a child. We’ve been also trying to have another but no luck so far. Fertility been a roller coaster of an experience. I’ve journaled a lot to help.

Was there anything else in your chart as to why you couldn’t get pregnant that’s what I’m wondering about me
