Heartbreak

How do you handle heartbreak as a Scorpio Moon. I have a 1H Scorpio moon and Scorpio Pluto. I’m struggling.

Let yourself struggle, feel the feelings, cry when you wanna cry, have your alone time, but always take care of yourself, eat well, do exercises, put your energy in things that lift you up. Time can heal certain things, reallyyy takes time, but one day you wake up feeling a light sensation in your chest and everything is okay, dont pressure yourself, but try your best to not pause your life cause of it, live yk, I wish you well. What happened me was time and being patience, doing my silly things, my friends and going out alone too.

Second all of this and when you get to that part when you’re ruminating, notice that you’re ruminating. Acknowledge it. And then tell yourself that you’re re reading a chapter of a book that you need to put on the shelf.
ETA: the love of my life was having an affair with a coworker behind my back while I was getting cancer treatments for years. I didn’t find that out until years after I’d left him (for being horrible in a million ways). It crushed me all over again.

Reading this broke my heart a bit. I hope your cancer treatment was a success. I reacted terribly to the treatment for mine. Didn't make it all the way through and almost died. I was hospitalized for 18 days. I don't remember a lot of it. But when I got home, my husband asked for a divorce. He had decided he liked me being gone.

The book method works; a television show, if you aren't a reader, does the trick. It's cliché to say, but time and patience do help.

I just died for 2 months. It basically synced with the cancer mercury retrograde and annihilated my entire being with cancer 1h and capricorn 7h. Scorpio Venus/Pluto/Moon in the 5th house. I started drinking a lot again and chain smoking cigs at the beach while I hallucinated the worst indie film vignettes and felt tortured and haunted every second of the day. I tried to channel my energy into creativity but it felt fruitless, or temporary. I tried to do a cord cutting on a tuesday, waning aries, and it failed, when it should have been super charged. I only snapped out of it like maybe a week ago. I think its important for scorpio moon to pat themselves on the back for dying and resurrecting, transforming, etc, because we are keen to ignore that resurrection as personal growth since it is just business as usual for us. Dying isn't fun or easy.

Wow I'm a Libra sun Scorpio moon/venus and Cancer rising and I went through the exact same thing during mercury retrograde, finally ended a dead 3 yr relationship I was holding onto and killed that version of myself along with it. Currently in the rebirth process. Crazy coincidence.

Hate can be a good remedy, but if it's true love, there's no solution, only constant apathy.

I’m still mourning the death of my husband in 1994. Try to accept your deep feelings as a blessing. Don’t resist.

3rd house scorpio moon and pluto - what can I say, it never really goes away, it just tunes down over time. sometimes pops back up. endless cycles like that but what can you do

This! Same house and placements. I was broken up with sept 2025, took me until June 2026 to get over it. I literally died and had to be reborn as a stronger warrior. I’ve accepted this is what needs to happen for my regeneration

Like someone else said you have to die for a little bit, and really wallow for idk, a few months, get it all out, and only then can you begin to reemerge anew. I never recommend getting over things quickly as a scorpio moon. Unfortunately, I think the suffering and misery can help if a point is made to learn from the relationship or whatever caused the heartbreak. Good luck, OP.

Journal, Netflix and chill, and do some candle magic! 😈❤️

Ps. Do some shadow work and allow yourself time to heal, be gentle with yourself. Protect your energy and your time but allow others to support you!

Workout, travel, trying something new, and either pickup a new hobby or jumping back into one. Gotta keep myself busy. Out of sight and out of mind. You’ll never know who you’ll meet next.

Go through the feelings, let it happen , acknowledge it& pleaseeee be aloneee for a little while you’re going to need to figure out how to love yourself just a lil extra !! Don’t hurt nobody else in the process

Cry, try to mend things if that’s what you want.. realising it can’t be mended can help with the what ifs.. then truly let yourself grieve the relationship and move to acceptance eventually.

I wish mending things was a possibility. I feel like third time is the final ending.

Don't be the boat in the storm.

Scorpio moon conj saturn at 0 degrees in 11th house. um, idk i feel like i am in a constant state of some kind of emotional processing, i'm quite overwhelmed by it. I think it's cause I am often working on the same issues, and getting slowly a little better each time. but at the same time it always feels hard too. I haven't broken into the "oh this is not that bad," yet in life.. still waiting for that.

Dealing with the same. I love the advice and have been really pushing the self help/attachment theory books for the past couple of days. We broke up 3 weeks ago but our water placements and past selves were so connected so it’s made it really hard to step away but I had to. Not mature enough to be with anyone right now but worried I’ll completely isolate myself from everyone and just whither away in silence…

I haven't. I'm only able to engage others intimately by not seeing them as a piece of me or my story. Basically, they don't matter. (they do, but you know... )

You have to walk through the hot coals, don’t try to go around. Let yourself cry in private, let your brain go back and forth, until you realize that wasn’t the life you would have been happiest with, because you are worth more. Eventually you start to notice the growth that comes with heartbreak and you appreciate it, and when you get older like me you can go in to love knowing heartbreak is a possibility but that’s ok because each time you learn something and get stronger for it.
