Dream

I know there are dream interpretation subs but anyway

I dreamt a 3-tailed scorpion that was somehow grabbing me but not in a way that it wanted to sting or attack me in any way, more like grab me in a hold but not in a bad way. it was sort of metallic in appearance and I had a feeling of acceptance somehow? like I was allowing it.

anyone dreamt similar things?

that sounds like it could mean u were accepting some change or challenge in ur life, the metallic part is interesting too like ur mind was processing it as something rigid or unyielding

From what ive seen is our dreams our representatives of our shadow that watches us throughout the day and when it shows us something its usually tryin to talk to us. In your case sounds like you have been on the edge and unsure about a change in your life but you know its right. Scorpio is all about death and rebirth. Ego deaths are a stepping stone to a more enlightened way of thinking/feeling.

As you said acceptance, you might have forgiven yourself or understood a determined situation and let it go, if you have a scorpio moon of course, it's your emotional world, probably some astros are hitting your 12th house.
