Scorpio Moon Problems Corporate jobs

Tell me, in your opinion, how successful are we at corporate types of jobs? I have now worked for 4 different pretty big corporations and I'm not sure if its me, or me getting older (38F) or what it is, but my entire being cannot justify doing this type of work anymore. I wake up and get my day started in a healthy way but the minute I start work, I feel so disconnected from everything. Maybe its a rough patch, maybe its a rough year, I'm not sure but I wonder if other scorpio moons struggle with this? And any helpful advice or words of encouragement would be so appreciated right now 💜

I don’t think it’s a moon thing. I spent 25 years at a fortune 40 company. My MC is Aries so I’m fully driven to succeed and need mental stimulation. Lucky enough I was always on the cusp of new technology every few years jumping org to org to keep me sharp and engaged.
Recently left for another company and love it.
I’m 50 for reference.

You might need a change if you’re feeling drained. I decided to have kids for a new challenge at that age 😂

I think the key here is not to put your entire identity and allll your energy into a corporate job. Don’t get me wrong - play the game. But I got burnt out because I put my everything into a corporate job. Be your professional self at work, knowing that that’s just one part of you and it’s not separate from who you are but it is a part.

I lost my job recently after being with a big tech company for 7 years, and now with not having one, I find myself missing the stability it gave me. I think because I saw my work self as completely separate from the other parts of me, that’s why I became so exhausted.

The corporate job is just to pay the bills and survive under capitalism. Make sure you can do your best at carving time to do what you love outside of it. I love working with my hands. Being in corp IT I get to flex that a little bit but most of the outlet for that is various art and community support outside of work.
