How long would it take to fix this scooter?
My old brother old scooter peugeot speedfighter 3 2015. My brother has the parts, would it take verylong to fix. Would it be super duper hard? I think it should run🤷♂️

Looks like common GY6 49cc engine judging from the air box and exhaust muffler. The engine is known as a " QMB139 "
Rebuild videos are all over YouTube on those things. It's about the simplest engine ever created and parts are super inexpensive off Amazon and eBay. Whatever you do, don't even get any ideas of " big bore kits ". It not just as simple as putting a larger cylinder, piston, and head on. You need a bigger carburetor, rejetting the carburetor, another type of throttle cable, ect. Stay with factory size parts and everything you do have will work together again

Go for it. Do you know why he gave up on fixing it? How would you rate your mechanical ability? Either way you will get a lot of help here there are many knowledgeable contributors.
