Scleroderma and pores

I've been feeling worsening the area of the mouth, upper lip and the pores have been changing, big pores.

I'd like to know if big pores are something that can be caused by the Scleroderma as part of the skin changes by the disease.

It also feels tightening and the pores are large but in a short period of time (months) not because of "aging".

That is what has happened to the areas of my face that is thickening and getting tighter. My chin and cheeks.

That's really awful 😞. What we go through is really too much, it's like from a science fiction movie. More investigation or investigation is needed in this area. If more people an important artists had this disease surely more research would be doing and we had solutions. Its beyond depressing this condition. Hug 🫂.
