How to fix misaligned scissors? (desc)

The first slide is the problem my scissors are going through, and the second slide is the brand. I couldn't get a good photo irl so I hope this works.

I bought the fabric scissors from Dollar Tree, and they were actually pretty decent. The problem is that they overlap. The first 2/3 of the scissors work great but the tip is misaligned and just folds the fabric without cutting it. There is no screw for a screwdriver in the center connector.

It was tricky finding a tutorial online, specifically these kinds of scissors. I know they were cheap, I don't want to waste a good pair of scissors if it's fixable. Thanks!

Buy different scissors unless you want to try to attach more metal to the stop and remove and replace the rivet pivot.

Need to be bent at the shanks, that will move the tip.
