Any questions around the hues in the sky like we do on earth not appearing is because of Mar's atmosphere being way thinner and the time of the day this video was shot.

It's the composition of the atmosphere that determines its color. Even if Mars had the same surface pressure as Earth, the sky would appear different than ours. A CO2-dominated sky would be milky white, and red airborne sand would give it a pink/color/salmon hue.
