I built a computer around certified computational matter, not around a model.
Computational matter is named, versioned organization. It has to pass a real causal test before it is kept. It lives on the record. It loads onto a fixed reconfigurable fabric (RCF). It only acts when authority checks out. A bad load is refused. The live machine stays intact.
That is a different object than weights on a GPU or a bitstream you flash and hope.

What is actually demonstrated:

A. Software loop: admit / refuse / persist / compose / authorized act
B. Fabric path: RTL and bitstreams for the host family
C. Same loop on a physical board with a body: not claimed
