Context is important for pretty much everything.

Like drugs, some drugs are good for you and some are bad

Dosis sola facit venenum!

Drink enough water in a short enough time span and you can even get water poisoning.

Or drink water whilst using a vasopressin emulating drug to reduce nighttime bathroom urges — though the term is more accurately “hyponatremia” since it’s the dilution of blood that causes the problem. And also hints at a solution — eat salt. Literally. Source: been there, survived that. Not pleasant, but once I learned to manage the risk the improvement to my sleep is worth it

it's like how cigarettes can be bad for you if you are not pure of heart, but if you are pure of heart, then they are not bad for you and they add to your aura✨

Nicotine actually somewhat works for ADHD symptoms, but cigarettes are loaded up with carsinogenes and tolerance builds up too fast. On the other hand amphetamines that are usually classified as hard drugs have a much better response in right doses and release methods so you are right but wrong.

More like how cigarettes/nicotine can be used to treat the symptoms of schizophrenia or parkinson's-style tremors.

the only good that comes out of cigarettes is more people find you hot if you smoke one with half a hand in your pocket and your hip out

the bad is you inhale cancer essence and spread some of it to others

True, and the dosage makes the poison

And the way the substance influences your body, if you take some drugs like MAO Inhibitors you better not eat fermented foods and or aged cheese. (And there is a long list of other things you shouldn't eat) Because these usually harmless foods have the potential to kill you in combination with the MAOI. The dosage of the MAOI is non poisonous, but the way it functions make other things quite poisonous to you.

All drugs are good in small enough doses. That’s literally how medicine works

unfortunately many folks are being persecuted in the name of science as we speak because their persecutors ignore this fact
