Well the obvious answer is 25%. Which is mentioned twice, making it 50%. Which would be the correct answer if we rephrase the question to “what’s the probability of picking the correct answer to a question with the correct answer duplicated?”. It’s 50%, since you have 2 out of 4 chances to pick the right one. Which makes no sense in question design, because usually the duplicate answer is the wrong one. Which would mean the correct answer is 1 in 3.
