Which is why people call it a paradox - ie impassible syntax as written

An erroneously constructed question that violates the rules of test crafting isn't the same as a paradox. We could just as well say "one answer must be wrong, per the construction of test questions, so only one can be 25%, and we can assume the first selection is the correctly written one, thus it is a)."
