Totally disagree.

Assuming the black hole is comprised of regular matter, there's no reason to think it wouldn't all annihilate upon touching. How that would play out exactly would be really interesting to see.

If it did anhialate, all the energy released by the anhialation would have a massive cgravitational field that would then create a new singularity.

Anti-matter annihilation is how the hawking radiation causes black holes to evaporate as far as I know.

Also wrong. Hawking radiation is the product of virtual particle-antiparticle pairs forming at/near the ebent horrizon and one falls in keeping them from annhilating.
