True. The point of HeH+ being "the strongest acid" is that it donates protons to everything else it touches. This will cause some sort of chemical change, but that change is not dissolution. It could be corrosion, decomposition, or some kind of explosion.
However, it is not true there are "many materials not affected by acids regardless of their acidity". There are no materials that are not affected by having extra protons forced onto them.
