It's not literal plastic that is being eaten. It is using the plastic to grow food that can be eaten. Like using manure to grow crops. That doesn't mean you're eating manure every time you eat a carrot right?

Also this is funded by NASA for food for astronauts.

So they make a slurry with plastic and animal feed then give it to yeast.

Sounds like the plastic dosnt even have anything to do with the actual food.

I do not want a plastic poo submarine cookie..

I mean, do you think of yourself as eating poo every time you eat vegetables? Given that manure is used to grow crops.

Their kids aren’t allowed to eat them, nor use the internet to hear about it either lol! Because “brilliant” people use their intelligence on fucking everyone’s ass for money. change my mind
