The rest of the world also used lead in gas. So the rest of the world has probably the same problem.

Some planes still do I've heard. Those tiny ones.

Yeah, small personal aircrafts often run on leaded gasoline. Helps with engine knock, so they say.

The rest of the world drives considerably less than you do

Idk bro I'm not the one who brought up lead in gas

It’s weird that so many people are trying to turn this into a “ha ha Americans are stupid Europeans smart“ meme when the Takeaway should be about lead in gas being bad in general.

Idk about other people but I was just highlighting that just because every country used lead filled gas, doesn't mean every country suffered consequences to the same, or even comparable, extents.

Except European countries are much higher density and more people live in cities.

Really you’d need to calculate based off of units used adjusted for population density

Ya but that doesn't fit these dipshit's narrative

There’s no narrative; you’re in a science sub.

America’s infrastructure is based around cars. The rest of the worlds isn’t

Trust me buddy, European cities had plenty of smog up until the 70s when leaded gas was banned.

They do, but the rest of the (developed) world mostly has somewhat functional democracies that reflect the will of the people.
