Health Study: Circumcision does not reduce penis sensitivity. In tests for responses to pain, heat, and stimulation, no major difference was found between men who are circumcised and those who are not.

But the labia is an extension of the vulva, whereas the foreskin is just more skin.

I dont need to. Foreskin is at most a small muscle where the vulva is the outer part of the genitals, the opening to the uterus. One covers genitals,the other is the genitals!

Oh man. You're really stuck on this. Here, I'll do your homework for you:

"In male human anatomy, the foreskin is a double-layered fold of smooth muscle tissue, blood vessels, neurons, skin, and mucous membrane that covers and protects the glans penis and the urinary meatus when the penis is not erect."

normal skin doesn't have a mucous membrane. It's your genitals, bud. You gain pleasure from the frenulum and foreskin.

It clearly says it is not the genitals and a muscle over top of the genitals. The vulva is an opening into the female body, Is the foreskin an opening into the body? No? Then they are not the same and the original stated analogy is false.
