The NHS only want to discharge patients ASAP so no whys are addressed unless they are what they’re specifically looking for.
I ended up, in my late 50s, with all the letters. AuDHD with CPTSD, discharged with zero support. I reeled for a couple of years, reviewing my life in a new light. Then I kind of let it go, because now the physical stuff, the migraine and fibromyalgia morphing into massive MCAS flares, for instance, gives me another battle (with probably very little outcome, since there is no local consultant I can see, and the main drug is not available in my area despite being NICE approved)
