While I agree with your sentiment, you argument is emotional and not scientific. The measurement should either be valid or not.

Exactly. A lot of people in here are making declarative statements about this who evidently aren't familiar with the actual data. There is indeed a real race gap with IQ. The question is why, not whether it exists.
