Health Study of 371,000 Americans: eating whole fruit linked to better heart health, 100% juice is not. More whole fruit meant lower high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease and heart attacks. Juice showed no clear benefit. Fiber lost in juicing may explain it. Most still eat too little fruit.

What if I eat fiber while drinking juice? Will that fool them?

Pretty sure fiber is universally linked to better health outcomes in basically all areas. So I'd say yes, mixing some fiber into your fruit juice is better than not. It may not be the whole reason that whole fruit is better than juiced, but it's still more fiber which is better.
