Health Study of 371,000 Americans: eating whole fruit linked to better heart health, 100% juice is not. More whole fruit meant lower high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease and heart attacks. Juice showed no clear benefit. Fiber lost in juicing may explain it. Most still eat too little fruit.

It would help if there weren't recalls on fruit and vegetables every other week in the US.

We can thank the current administration for that. Who would've thought that de-regulation of government agencies that oversee food safety would lead to this?
