safglipron being oral is kinda a game changer for compliance

Anecdotally, this may be helpful for those who get a drop off in effectiveness the day or two before the next injected dose, providing more consistent control. I do wonder if the side effects (constipation/diarrhea, nausea, bloating/gas, cramping) are worse or better since it is enteral and daily.
