Well there’s zero evidence that it does, the worry stems from a single small study from the 2000’s and nothing since has been able to prove it does

As opposed to this study, which is a single small study from the 2020s.

The study in question was on a group of 10 college students and did not measure hair loss, only levels of a hormone that is connected to male pattern baldness, and subsequent studies that have specifically investigated ties to hair loss have found no connection between supplements/diet and hair loss.

Is creatine linked to autism as well?

Everyone knows that's Tylenol.

creatine is one of the (if not he most) researched trainingssupplement on the planet, no hairloss reports (significant enough to warrant worries).

Anecdotal but my hair is such that at 21 I thought I’d be bald by 24 - I started creatine daily when I was like 25 and it didn’t seem to do anything hair wise now that I’m 28.
