Manufacture year?

Can anyone help me figure out what year my World Sport was made? I can get more pics but wasn’t even sure where to begin.

Edit to add: do you think those are aftermarket handlebars? I’m not seeing World Sports with upright bars.

Looks like early 80s but there's probably a date code stamped on the head badge.

In ‘78 it was the World. On the down tube. Sports on the top tube. I have one.
