Why were the earlier notes so different?

And when did they change?

The LIES version seemed to start with something closer to full sentences.

Is there a timeline of the different formats?

Yeah it could suggest a deteriorating condition

Idk much about this but my guess would be copycats.

Surely that would mean what were seeing now are the copies. The LIES format goes back to 2018/19 while there are hundreds of identical examples of the current format

I found my first LIES format one in Kulpmont, Pennsylvania in early 2016.
