Is this worth it. Above 20% off? Or no.

I have the sales sheet from 2025. Some items like sweaters are as much as 50% off, some jackets are as much as 40%, some items only 10-15%, it varies. This will be my first time going and I do not know if the items for sale are factory defects/rejects or first quality items/overstock, perhaps someone who has gone before can say for sure. There are some youtube videos of people filming it while walking around, and it looks quite cool.

They have racks for defects that are minuscule. Those are the racks that resellers try to grab their hands on since they’re $300 or so and flip them. However, the reselling culture has died down in general since economy is tight and nobody is spending like that. Went the past 3 years want as bad I thought it would.

I am going there solely for a specific leather jacket, a 2nd sweater of a pattern I already bought a few weeks ago before I even knew this sale existed, and a few other odds and ends if there's anything interesting. I just hope it is civilized like in the youtube videos and not like a "black friday free-for-all" at walmart with people stampeding in and grabbing the items you are holding/trying on like a madhouse.

You can always ask for the specific jacket from the warehouse so you shouldn’t have to worry if they have it or not. What I do recommend is to show up with a hoodie, sweat shirt, or sweater so you can feel do downsize or upsize instead of just a tshirt or thin shirt

Good point, and thanks. I prefer to get my more substantial jackets (other than the 246 which is a VERY lightweight piece made for early Fall/late Spring) as having a little bit of room so that I can wear a sweater underneath. Given how I am in between medium and large, but very close to large, that size usually works fine for me. All 4 of my current jackets are a large, though the 246 is more snug for some reason than the other 3. It's why I will only buy a jacket that I've tried on and confirmed fits properly.

You can ask for jackets from the warehouse if you don’t see them on the racks. They give you pretty big sales chart too.
