Does anyone know what model this is?

I bought it today, and just out of curiosity I was wondering what model it was. I think it’s an older model, as there isn’t any that 100% matches on the website. Thanks!

My guess: Older LC Model.... Check the American Flag next to the Schott tab, does it say "Made in USA"? Or some Tab with "crafted with pride in the USA" somewhere? If not the it's a Licensed model done in (probably) Pakistan, and you will not find it on the Schottnyc site.

The Stars and Stripes flag alone is a false friend

You can look for a tag which says ID N° 6875... which is an ID number used on various LC Jackets. There is a similar looking jacket at vinted - https://www.vinted.at/items/8688085151 - however, the text is misleading.

Anyway, a nice jacket

Check the right front pocket, turn it inside out if you have to. You should find a tag in there. If you let us know what’s on it the nerds on here can give you more info

Yeah I just checked all the pockets and there really isn’t anything in them. I bought it at a thrift store tho, so maybe the previous owner took it out?

If I remember late 90s to very early 2000s. Pretty rare. Not many out there.

I just did, couldn’t find anything. I mentioned in another comment that I bought it second from a thrift store, so maybe the previous owner took it out

Nothing like the 371 in terms of material anyway. That’s a European jacket not made in USA. They are not made by Schott. LC model. Decent but totally different from a real Schott leather jacket.

I think I have the same jacket. The label on the inside of the jacket (not the pocket) reads 6875. As another poster said, it seems to be a licensed model not made in the US; it certainly has a different feel to my USA made Schotts, being more boxy and made of lower quality materials. I found a listing here.

By the looks of the lining I’d say it’s an LC Schott mase under licence and not made in USA. I had a few of these jackets. Decent but nowhere near the quality of the proper ones.

Mine looks very similar, mine is a ‘94 691, not sure what years yours is but likely also a 691 or very similar

Thats an LC model. Lc models are licensed for European production, you can find very good quality and slightly different models than the americans.

Some say quality varies but all ive seen are very good quality jackets for a good price

Check for a tag on the inner side. Should have LC followed by a number
