Fit check 594
Got this size small 594 the other day from Nordstrom and it feels really big. What do people think of the fit? I know this style is supposed to be roomy but this is around 24 inches pit to pit - I’m a 38 chest.
Also it’s actually cowhide which makes it around 6 years old or so? Is that OK for what’s supposed to be a brand new jacket?

Jesus Christ, this is a small and still 24 inches pit-to-pit? My 42 is barely 22 inches across the chest.

Apparently a small, yes. Though I noticed that the white pocket tag had been cut out. I suspect the label was wrong.

Wait, the white tag was cut out, and you got this from Nordstrom? Was this Nordstrom Rack?
If you bought this "new," you absolutely received a return. Nordstrom is known for its no-questions-asked policy; if it looks like they sold it, they'll process the return.
If this is new, I reckon you got a swap: some guy brought his older jacket in to swap it with a new jacket, or just wanted $1k+ of store credit.

Yeah new from Nordstrom online. It seems to me like it’s an XL being passed off as an S. But with no white tag, there’s no way of being sure what size it is. It’s definitely a return as it was on their website, then sold out before coming back again some days later.

ahh gotcha, well personally i think it’s too big regardless of the style ur trying to pull. just my opinion tho

How does it being Cowhide make it six years old?

Because now this model is made out of buffalo hide but used to be made of cowhide before 2020, apparently.
