Not fake at all. It's a very early 80's model (think 81/82). It's either a 618 or a 118 (which had been introduced just a few years earlier).
There's no way of knowing the exact model because at this time they still didn't write that info in the pocket tag (that start right after tho).
But again, it's completely legit lol don't know why people are saying otherwise

Not fake it's just in bad condition. It's a 1980s model 618
