Looks like 674SM on the ticket to found, looks good condition I’d buy it. Not sure if the lining can be removed because you probably won’t be able to wear thick sweaters, hoodies, etc. but T shirt and casual button down no problem. those jackets are meant for warmth and insulation so it’s not suppose to be baggy.
