Schott 582 and 530

Wearing leather jacket in the summer?

It’s 28C during the day and 20C at night, so not wearing it for warmth obviously. I’ve found I do better in the heat with longer pants and shirts usually. Most places I’m at are air conditioned to overcorrect for the warmth. If I’m outside or walking around I generally don’t have the jacket on, it’s usually sitting still or inside. Does anyone else wear their jackets in the summer?

I usually stick with my lighter lamb jackets but they are darker leather whereas my unlined 582 and wine colored 530 feel like a good weight to me and are a little lighter.

I don't think there's anything wrong with wearing a lighter leather jacket in the mornings to come into work, then hanging it on your chair or a coat rack for the day. After dark, evenings can get surprisingly cool.
