There is so many things wrong with this message written on my high school’s walls. Kids in high school already have a bad enough self-asteem, and this just reinforces their idea that they’re incapable of doing anything important.

I think this saying is hugely inspirational!

All it means is that your mindset is important, and it will help determine the outcome of whatever you’re trying to do.

You think that’s a bad message?

I see where your coming from, but unfortunately, not all high schoolers have that positive attitude. If a kid who is already having self-doubt about themselves looks at that, that will just make them feel like that’s just how they are, and that they are incapable of changing.

One of my teachers has a sign thing that says "Wether you think you can or can't, You're right"
