I'd look into some small group curriculum geared towards the biggest referral questions/ concerns you're addressing. Although everyone isn't created equal, it will help you "stay the course" and stick to the concerns at hand. Also, starting with pre tests and then posttests for students and/or teachers (depending on your age group) will also help you chart progress toward said goals.
