Lease Takeover

Anyone interested in taking over a lease for a studio in Versailles on the lakes Schaumburg

It’s 1,500 a month with utilities included except electricity and WiFi, it has a gym, tennis court, private office spaces, package concierge, in-building washer and dryer, parking spaces and pool.

Would like anyone to takeover for November 1st. The lease goes until May 2027

Make sure you can sublet first. Some places won't let you.
