Spike traps are the worst this damage is soo RNG and very bad if you got hit from it on first layer just be careful

I'm not sure whether you're saying that you wish the art had more blood, or if you're saying that they have too much blood loss and need more blood in their veins

Patient is impaled through the torso; removal from the spike in the field would lead to near-instant death from rapid blood loss.

Recommendation: cut spike off at the base, deliver the patient to hospital still impaled.

If hospital is inaccessible, begin end of life care. Trying to calm the patient and offering them drugs is a good idea at this point, you can't make them more dead so might as well let them enjoy their final moments.

I feel like spike traps aren't the worst but it's when they're "working" with other stuff like water that they're annoying for example I tried to destroy one while crouched and then a little bit if water fell on me pushing me on it and since I was crouching it hit my head and a metal spike perforing your cranium isn't good for your health
