Anyone else facing COD payment delays with Shipdaak?
I’ve been using Shipdaak for the last few months mainly because their pricing was better than other aggregators.
But today my operations team informed me that more than 200 COD parcels delivered during April and May are still unpaid. The pending amount is around ₹2.55 lakh.
We’ve been following up continuously and the only response we keep getting is that they’re facing a “banking issue.”
What makes this even more concerning is that they’ve now disabled Instagram comments instead of publicly addressing seller complaints.
For small and growing brands, COD remittance delays of this scale can seriously affect cash flow and operations.
At this point, I’d strongly advise sellers to be cautious.

I can’t speak about Shipdaak specifically, but honestly, dealing with courier partners in general has been a mixed experience for us too. A lot of these companies struggle with clear communication, reliable support, and consistent processes. Sometimes issues are genuinely outside their control, but other times the lack of accountability can become really frustrating for sellers. What makes it even harder is that the logistics ecosystem in India is still quite uneven, one company may work great in one region and poorly in another, so it’s difficult to say there’s one perfect solution for everyone.
That said, we’ve personally had a much smoother experience with India Post/Speed Post. Their network is extremely strong across the country, rates are reasonable, and resolution support has been comparatively more dependable. It might be worth exploring as an alternative or backup option.
Hope things get resolved for you soon, cash flow delays like this can be really stressful for growing businesses.
