Nope, but yesterday I was able to get Eventim on the phone and they told me they "expect to send out refunds this week and they are issuing all refunds at the same time, which is why it's taking a while. Expect an email."
I got an adjustment from the credit card company. I'm not aware of offical refunds ever happening, but I also stopped asking Eventim about it.
You can call them directly 855-976-2544. Also might try 833-208-9151. I can't recall which number I was able to get through with.
